Overcoming Depression and Anxiety - THE REAL WAY

Depression is said by many to be a deep state of mind loneliness and unrest. In my recent study, I've found out that depression is not really a sickness or affliction, it is our minds creating concusent shadows around our emotions and humanness..

To Overcome Depression, one has to understand what Is Life.

1.Life?

the condition that distinguishes animals and plants from inorganic matter, including the capacity for growth, reproduction, functional activity, and continual change preceding death.

We see two different definitions of Life, the first referring to a special condition that distinguishes You from Inanimate objects, this clearly shows that you are special and should be proud of being a human being.
The second definition stating the existence of an individual. Do not let people take advantage of you, do not let circumstances overshadow you. You are different and your life depends on your existence.

2. Do Not Expect Everyone To Like You.

No matter who you are, what you look like, what you share with the world. There will always be someone who doesn't approve, and that's okay. You're not going to like everyone and not everyone is going to like you, and that isn't some fundamental failing on your path - that's life, is normal and there's nothing to beat yourself up over.
There's nothing wrong to want to being accepted, but do not change yourself just to win someone else approval. You don't live for other people and it isn't there job to constitute what it means to be a worthwhile human being. You are who you are and your enough.

3. Let Anger Free, Always be cheerful!

Anger is one of the most agonizing pain that stirs up depression. Thinking too much about things you shouldn't worry about is wrong, this stimulates an uncomfortable environment allowing the brain to accept loneliness. Teenagers are mostly affected with depression and anxiety attack after in most cases breakup with love partner. As a human being going through depression and anxiety, take most of your time thinking of fun, adventurous, daring things you have done. It sometimes helps.
Avoid being suppressed by anger, try cheerfulness, hang out friends, if there are no friends take a deep sleep, watch an inspiring movie, or read a novel.

Depression can be easily be Overcome if one is ready to take that bold step up to move. In my opinion, I think therapy does not successfully get rid of depression. It creates a shield over your darkness. Although it is necessarily recommended if you are not strong enough, ensure to visit the doctor to assign you to a professional.

Remember it's easy, But Daring.!
